- Fragile / Electronics / Antiques: $20 - $50+ (varies by complexity)

Large Items & Freight
Too big for standard shipping? We handle freight for furniture, equipment, pallets, and oversized items. We'll get quotes from freight carriers and coordinate pickup — you don't have to figure out LTL shipping on your own.
Returns & Drop-Offs
Returning something to Amazon, Zappos, or another retailer? We accept prepaid returns for:
- UPS — Pre-paid labels only
- FedEx — Pre-paid labels only
- USPS — Pre-paid labels only
Just bring the item and your shipping label. We scan it and hand you a receipt. Done.
*We do not currently accept QR codes for label printing. Please have your label printed before arriving or email it to us to print for a small fee.*

Which carrier is cheapest?
It depends. USPS is usually cheapest for small, light packages. UPS Ground often wins for heavier items. DHL is typically best for international. We compare all four and show you the options — no guessing.
How much does packing cost?
Depends on the item. Simple box + bubble wrap might be $5-10. Complex fragile items requiring custom packing could be $20-50+. We'll tell you the cost before we start.
What's the latest drop-off time?
Carrier pickups happen in late afternoon (usually between 4-5 PM). For same-day shipping, earlier is better — but we'll tell you honestly whether your package can make today's truck or needs to go tomorrow.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. DHL is our go-to for international shipments (220+ countries), but we also offer FedEx and UPS international options to ensure you get the best rate and speed. We handle the customs paperwork for you.
Do you accept QR codes for returns?
Not at this time. Please bring your package with the pre-paid shipping label already attached. If you don't have a printer, you can email us the label and we can print it for a small fee.
